Floating buttons are buttons that sit in front of all content. They're usually used to offer supplementary actions.

When to use
Use a floating button when there's a supplementary action on offer, such as customer support. They should always be placed at the bottom right-hand corner.
How best to use
Do
Use floating buttons for helpful actions such as 'Support' and 'Chatbot', but not for destructive actions such as 'Delete'.
Caution
Try not to have more than one floating button on a page unless it's absolutely necessary in special cases.
